The Darker Skies of Mann with Howard Parkin BSc, BEd. FRAS
Howard Parkin, who has been teaching for an amazing 40 years, will be joining us to explore the effects of excessive lighting, not just from an astronomical perspective, but also looking at the effects of on nature, wildlife, humans and the environment.
