Geology of Mann workshops include a short illustrated introduction to Manx rocks and their uses and practical experimentation and demonstration of processes that have contributed to our unique landscape. Within this workshop, pupils participate in a range of activities whilst having fun with soils and sediment. Within this session children will learn how to identify features of some common crystals, rocks and fossils of the Isle of Man.
10-12 and 17-19 October 2023, KS2
Morning sessions 10.30am-12.00 afternoon sessions 1pm-2.30pm.
£80 per session.
