The Great Laxey Wheel is one of the Isle of Man’s most iconic landmarks.
Christened the ‘Lady Isabella’, and at over 150 years old (with a diameter of 72 feet 6 inches), is the largest working waterwheel in the world. She is an extraordinary example of Victorian engineering and brings visitors from all corners of the world.
