Calling all Northern Irish fans of road racing! Manx National Heritage needs your voice to contribute to our 2015 exhibition – Ulster’s TT Heroes.
If you are passionate about watching road racing and you have connections to Northern Ireland we would love to speak to you.
Why do you make the pilgrimage to the Isle of Man every June? What is it about racing on the roads that hooks you in? Have you grown up worshipping Tom Heron, Phil McCallen, Robert Dunlop and Joey? What is it about the roar of a Superbike and the smell of hot tyres on tarmac that gets you excited?!
A team from Manx National Heritage will be in the House of Manannan in Peel to talk to you on Thursday 29th May from 1pm – 5pm to record your thoughts.
Ulster’s TT Heroes exhibition is collaboration between Ballymoney Museum and Manx National Heritage. It will be open to the public in March 2015 at the House of Manannan.
“It was nothing, just the normal thing to do at the time” – Joey Dunlop
